Hi doctor i too want glowingskin so i tried navel oiling first with coconut oil for many days then almond oil but for both i got muscle cramps dehydration and fever like feeling plese jelp me doctor why this is happening to me

Coconut oil → very cooling (sheeta) → can aggravate Vata → cramps, low energy Almond oil → heavy (guru) → if Agni is weak, may create subtle imbalance Navel (nabhi) is a sensitive marma → improper use can trigger systemic reactions Your signs (cramps, dehydration feeling, feverishness) = Vata + mild Ama reaction What to do Stop navel oiling for now Improve internal balance: Warm water + pinch of saunf/jeera daily 1 tsp ghee in diet (balances Vata safely) If oil needed → use light external abhyanga (not navel), with warm sesame oil For glowing skin (safe way) Amalaki or aloe vera internally

Use Sesame oil (Til taila) Best choice: cold-pressed (kachi ghani) + edible grade It should be pure, unrefined, chemical-free 2. Correct method of navel oiling (Nabhi chikitsa) Take 2–3 drops of sesame oil Make it slightly lukewarm Put gently inside the navel Do light circular massage around navel (2–3 minutes) Time: Night before sleep Frequency: Daily or at least 5 times/week
