Excess pitta dosha has suppressed my digestive fire 🔥 causing motion that is loose( Not watery just shapeless) but only ONCE a day.Also skin problem & frequent hunger,weight gain. And on eating normal food sabji roti Aam is creating causing bloating sticky motion.To digest aam i have to take heating med.With Light food bloating vanishes. I cannot eat light food like kitchari n all everyday as it causes dry mouth & also my parents don't allow ( just 20 y/o).Taking kutajghan + bilvadi + dadimashtaka now. PLS SUGGEST HOW WILL THESE MEDICINES WORK WITHOUT A KITCHARI DIET. OR PLS TELL ANY SOLUTION😭😭🙏🙏I CAN'T FOCUS ON ANYTHING

You do NOT need a strict kitchari diet to heal this. The good news is that you do not have to eat kitchari every day for these medicines to work. The goal is to stabilize your digestion so that you can handle “normal” food again. Rx 1.Kuatjghan vati 2 tab twice daily with water after meals 2.Bilvadi gutika 2 tab twice daily with water after meals 3.Dadimashtak churna 1/2 tsp twice daily with lukewarm water after meals 4.Mustakarishta 15 ml with 15 ml water twice daily after meals How to Eat “Normal Food” Without Bloating Since you cannot eat kitchari every day, you can eat Sabji-Roti, but you must modify how it is prepared: -The “Agni” Primer: 15 minutes before lunch, chew a small slice of fresh ginger with a pinch of rock salt and a few drops of lemon. This “wakes up” your digestion so it can handle heavier food. -The Right Veggies: Stick to easy-to-digest vegetables like Lauki (Bottle Gourd), Tori (Ridge Gourd), Pumpkin, or Parwal. -The Roti Rule: Use old wheat or multigrain flour. Ensure the roti is soft and apply a small amount of Ghee—ghee actually helps balance Pitta and stimulates Agni. -The Buttermilk Hack: Instead of plain water, have a glass of thin buttermilk (Takra) with roasted cumin (jeera) powder during lunch. Continue bilvadi and dadimashta. Replace kutaj ghan with kutaj parpati vati. Follow some simple lifestyle changes and dietary changes and you will see results for your problem. ??Do’s?? Drink buttermilk daily. Eat freshly cooked food. Drink warm water. Lunch and dinner on fixed timings. 100 steps after every meal. If possible dinner as early as 7-8 pm. ?Don’ts:? Packed and processed food. Ready to eat items. Oily and spicy food. Sour and fermented products. Dals (only moong dal can be eaten) Besan Raw vegetables and sprouts Curd Reduce dairy intake. ??Medication ?? Tab. Ampachak Vati 2 tabs twice a day before food. Tab. Praval Panchamrit Vati 2 tabs twice a day before food. Tab. Kutaj parpati vati 1 tab twice a day before food. Syp.Abhayarishta 2 tsp with half a cup of warm water before food. Tab.
