How to identify which doshas are imbalanced based on my digestive and skin issues? - #54545
Pls tell from the below mine which doshas r imbalanced. 1)Daily i experience loose stool only once a day (not watery),bloating after eating, frequent hunger, skin problem,i feel cold more , weight gain ,frequent hunger from 5 years. Bloating vanishes after waking up in the morning. 2)Heating medicine reduce bloating, heaviness, increases hunger but loosen motion.on the other hand pitta reducing herbs( giloy, bilwadi) cause sluggish digestion, sticky motion, reduce hunger & skin issue but increases bloating heaviness. So i tried taking panchkol before meal & phaltrikadi after meal for 7 days all my problem vanished but returned after stopping. 3)This problem started when i travelled in car in extreme hot weather in august for 4-5 hours without ac.Now whenever i go out for long in hot i get loosemotions. 4)As summer comes motion becomes loose. On the other hand my motion becomes sticky when winter comes, digestion becomes sluggish, skin problem vanishes. Also once i went to kashmir skin problem vanished, motion became well formed ( justbit sticky),& my body temp. Became normal. 5)I took phaltrikadi for a week in oct my bloating, skin problem reduced ,digestion improved but as winter came this medicine didn't work. 6) On eating kitchari bloating & loose stools vanishes that day. Pls help me these r my observation in 5 years pls tell what happened to me?

From an Ayurvedic point of view, your pattern suggests a Tridosha imbalance with shifting dominance: -Pitta aggravation → loose stools in heat, skin problems, sensitivity to hot weather/travel -Kapha involvement → heaviness, bloating, weight gain, sluggish digestion in cold weather -Vata disturbance → bloating, irregular digestion, gas, variability of symptoms —Overall, it indicates weak and unstable Agni (digestive fire) with seasonal fluctuation: -Pitta dominates in summer → loose motions + skin flare -Kapha dominates in winter → sticky stool + heaviness + slow digestion -Vata causes instability and bloating throughout Temporary relief with kitchari and specific formulations suggests the condition is Agni-dependent and functional rather than fixed organ damage, but chronic and fluctuating. –Treatment: 1) tab gasex 1 tab after meal twice daily 2) Aimil Proliv – 2 tab twice daily after food 3) phaltrikadi- Kwath – 10 ml with equal water, after meals 4) drakshasav 10 ml thrice daily after meal –Advice: Light, warm diet (kitchari preferred during flare) Avoid fried, spicy, and heavy foods Regular meal timing Avoid heat exposure
