My son is 13 years old. Last year in may/june he had severe headaches twice. All tests were done but nothing came out. Probably the conclusion was that it was growth spurt. Now after one year he got again headache with some nausea and vomit feeling. He did not vomit though.He felt better after taking Tylenol one dose. These headaches can be or cannot be correlated, not sure. He has been eating out from last one week and had nausea and acidity twice in last one week. He eats big bites and does not chew properly and goes for potty almost after every meal.

●Ingredients (equal amounts) Amhar Dried ginger - digestive, Pippali - digestive booster, beneficial for the digestive system Dried curry leaves - digestive juice stimulant Celery - anti-flatulence, anti-gas Black pepper - anti-phlegm and anti-flatulence Cumin - digestive supporter, asafoetida - excellent anti-flatulence Make a fine powder of all and store it safely. ●Classical method of consumption Do Take 5 grams of powder, mix in a little cow’s ghee, and a pinch of rock salt. Consume with the first bite of food.
