हरिद्रा खण्ड सिरदर्द और weight बढ़ाने के लिए सही medicine नहीं है। यह mainly allergy/skin conditions में दिया जाता है। आपके symptoms (नींद पूरी होने के बाद भी सिरदर्द + focus कम) में vata-pitta imbalance और stress कारण हो सकता है। Brahmi vati Dose: 1 tablet दिन में 2 बार खाने के बाद Saraswatarishta Dose: 15 ml बराबर पानी के साथ दिन में 2 बार Ashwagandha churna Dose: 3 g रात को दूध के साथ Godanti bhasma Dose: 125 mg दिन में 2 बार शहद के साथ (headache के लिए) For weight gain: Shatavari churna Dose: 3 g दिन में 2 बार दूध के साथ या Ashwagandha + Shatavari दोनों साथ ले सकते हैं Diet: दूध, घी, केला, खजूर, soaked almonds लें ज्यादा tea/coffee और fasting avoid करें
