Doctors' responses
● Root Causes • Excessive consumption of tea, coffee, or junk food • Staying up late at night and having irregular meal times • Stress, anxiety, and lack of sleep • Poor digestion due to fried or heavy foods • Decreased liver function ● Dietary Measures: Foods to replenish vitamin B from an Ayurvedic perspective: Water • Yogurt or buttermilk with a little trikatu powder • Sprouted mung beans, chickpeas, lentils, sesame seeds, and jaggery • Amla, bananas, and coconut • Green leafy vegetables – drumstick leaves, fenugreek, and spinach • Consuming fresh ghee once a day • These foods increase the production of juices, blood, and energy in the body – thereby naturally balancing vitamin levels. ● Daily Routine (Daily Routine and Lifestyle) • Drink lukewarm water as soon as you wake up. • Balance Vata with daily Abhyanga (oil massage). • Practice yoga asanas like Bhujangasana, Sarvangasana, and Surya Namaskar. • Avoid excessive afternoon naps. • Focus on going to bed early and getting deep sleep. ● Ayurvedic Medicines (Useful Rasayanas) • Brahmi Rasayana – to strengthen the brain and nerves • Arogyavardhini Vati – to cleanse the liver and improve digestion • Ashwagandha Leha or Swarna Bindu Rasayana – to increase strength and vitality • Triphala Ghrita – to cleanse the intestines and improve nutrient absorption ● How to Restore Balance Naturally • Diversify your diet – Include grains, pulses, vegetables, and fruits. • Improve digestion – Eat a small amount of fennel, carom seeds, or cumin seeds after each meal. • Drink buttermilk or tamarind juice twice a week. • Give your body time – Results are visible after 30-45 days of regular practice. • Be patient with Rasayana medicines – Ayurveda works slowly but deeply.
