At 20 years of age, bone length (height) increase is generally not possible because growth plates are usually closed. Supplements cannot reopen them. Ayurveda can only support posture, spine health, and overall strength. Ashwagandha Churna: 3–5 g at night with warm milk Shatavari Churna: 3 g at night with milk Lakshadi Guggulu: 1 tablet twice daily after food (bone and joint support) Daily exercises (most important) Tadasana: 5–10 minutes daily Hanging from bar: 3 sets of 30–60 seconds Bhujangasana and stretching: 10 minutes daily Regular swimming or skipping if possible Lifestyle Keep spine straight while sitting and walking Sleep 7–8 hours Adequate protein, calcium, and vitamin D exposure (sunlight)
