I have Grade 2 fatty liver and acidity problem. I am 38 years old women and I am obese as well.. What needs to be done please advise??

Grade 2 fatty liver with obesity and acidity needs weight reduction + liver detox + Agni correction together. Ayurvedic treatment (short) Medicines Arogyavardhini Vati: 1 tablet twice daily after food Punarnava Mandur: 1 tablet twice daily after food Triphala Churna: 1 tsp at bedtime with warm water (bowel + fat metabolism) Avipattikar Churna: 1 tsp at bedtime (acidity control) Diet plan Early dinner (before 7–8 pm) Avoid: sugar, fried food, maida, alcohol, cold drinks Reduce rice quantity; increase vegetables, moong dal, salads in day time Use ghee in small quantity (not excess oil) Warm water only Lifestyle Walk 40–60 min daily (must for fatty liver reversal) Avoid sitting long hours Sleep before 10–11 pm Intermittent fasting (12–14 hours gap overnight if tolerated)
Grade 2 fatty liver with acidity in Ayurveda is mainly related to aggravated Kapha and Pitta dosha along with weak digestion and accumulation of fat in the liver. The good news is that with proper diet, weight control and Ayurvedic support, fatty liver can improve significantly. Diet correction is the most important treatment: • Avoid oily, fried, spicy, bakery and packaged foods • Stop cold drinks, excessive tea/coffee and late-night meals • Take light homemade food like moong dal, vegetables, soup, salads and whole grains • Include warm water, lemon water and fiber-rich foods daily For acidity relief: • Eat small frequent meals instead of heavy meals • Do not lie down immediately after eating • Coconut water, fennel water and buttermilk can help reduce acidity naturally Weight reduction is essential: Even 5–10% weight loss can improve fatty liver greatly. Start with daily 30–40 minutes walking and simple yoga like Kapalbhati, Anulom Vilom and Bhujangasana Ayurvedic medicines often helpful in fatty liver: Herbs like Bhumyamalaki, Kalmegh, Kutki, Triphala and Arogyavardhini are commonly used to support liver detox and metabolism. Maintain proper sleep and stress control because stress and poor routine worsen acidity and liver function.
