Doctors' responses
these symptoms may be related to an imbalance of Agni (digestive fire) and aggravation of Vata and Pitta dosha, causing Ajirna (indigestion) or Grahani disorder. Incomplete bowel evacuation, sticky stool, abdominal pain, and heaviness suggest weak digestion and toxin accumulation (Ama) in the body. Further assessment of diet, appetite, bowel habits, stress, and lifestyle is needed for proper diagnosis and treatment. –understand it with example like “Your stomach is working like a weak cooking fire. When the fire is low, food does not cook properly. In the same way, your digestion is weak, so food is not fully digesting. Because of this, waste becomes sticky, the stomach does not feel fully clean, and pain or heaviness stays in the abdomen.” —Rx: 1) Syp. Alkacip – 2 tsp after meal with mix in 1/2 glass water twice daily 2) Hingwashtak Churna – before meals with warm water 3) Avipattikar Churna – at bedtime with lukewarm water 4) Takra (buttermilk) with roasted jeera after lunch ----Diet & Lifestyle Advice: Take light, warm, freshly cooked food Avoid oily, spicy, junk, and cold food Drink warm water frequently Eat meals on time —Avoid tea/coffee on empty stomach Walk 15–20 minutes after meals Proper sleep and stress control advised —Follow-up: After 7 days
Grahani/IBS (weak digestion, Ama, Vata-Kapha imbalance) Treatment avipattikar Churna 1 tsp at night with warm water. Kutajghan Vati 2 tabs twice daily after food. Hingvashtak Churna ½ tsp with meals. Buttermilk + roasted jeera after lunch daily avoid: junk, spicy food, cold water, curd at night.
