How to treat chronic constipation in a 69-year-old despite using laxatives? - #55012

I am 69 yrs old and suffering from chronic constipation. Even after consuming laxative, the tummy is not fully cleared. In morning I take two to three cups of tea. Try to create pressure, earlier some movement used to be there , but it seems like the intestines don’t have power to through the waste material out from the rectum

Once empty stomach in the morning and second dose in the evening at least 1-2 hrs before dinner. •Yakrit Plihantak churna - 1 teaspoon twice daily with water
