This appears to be a case of Krimi (intestinal worms), which is causing mild abdominal discomfort, gas, and itching in the anal region, especially in the morning. This is commonly due to disturbed digestion (Agni imbalance) and accumulation of toxins (Ama). It is generally a mild condition and treatable with proper Krimighna (anti-parasitic) medicines along with dietary and hygiene correction. —Medicines 1) Vidangarishta – 15 ml with equal water, twice daily after food 2) Krimighna Vati – 1 tablet, twice daily after food 3) Panchatikta Ghrita – 1 tsp at bedtime 2. Anupana (Vehicle): Lukewarm water after medicine 3. Pathya Light, warm, easily digestible food Avoid sweets, curd at night, fermented and junk foods Include garlic, pumpkin seeds, papaya 4. Vihara Maintain strict personal hygiene (hand washing, nail trimming) Change undergarments daily Wash bedsheets in hot water 5. Follow-up: Review after 10 days Repeat medication cycle if symptoms persist
