Can I stabilize saman vayu in a week with bilvadi churna and panchkol after fasting? - #55073

Can saman vayu be completely stabilised in a week using bilvadi churna? So long story short my pitta was already aggravated & i did intermittent fasting for 15 days which inturn disturbed my saman vayu also. Now i get dizziness & bloating if i don't eat on fixed times, motion is shapeless & appetite keeps changing. Bilvadi churna helps motion became well formed but sticky.So for sticky motion i take panchkol which clears stickiness. Taking unctuous foods to pacify vata puts off digestion. So can saman vayu be stabilised in 7 days by only using 2 medicine & timely meals ?? Did a huge mistake by fasting 😭😭😭 i regret so much

Consistent routine is key for steady correction. –Rx: 1) Panchakola Cap 1 cap before meals twice daily ( 15 days) 2) Bilvadi pill – 1 at bedtime (stool regulation, vata samana)---- 15 days 3) Hingvashtaka Churna – 2 g before meals SOS for bloating 4) Saraswatarishta – 15 ml BD after meals (30 days) –Pathya Strict fixed meal timing (no fasting) 3 regular meals daily, no skipping even if appetite varies Warm, freshly cooked, simple diet (khichdi, rice, moong dal, soups) -1/2 tsf ajwain after meal —Avoid: dry foods, cold items, irregular eating, overeating at night Moderate ghee only if tolerated (not excessive) —Avoid Repeated fasting / meal skipping Frequent switching of medicines Raw, cold, fermented or heavy mixed foods

Simple Ayurvedic treatment Bilvadi Churna 1/2 tsp twice daily after meals with warm water. Panchakola Churna 1/4–1/2 tsp before meals with warm water only if bloating/heaviness is present. If appetite fluctuates: Avipattikar Churna 1/2 tsp at bedtime with warm water. Diet Eat at fixed timings. Prefer warm soft foods like rice, moong dal, thin khichdi, small amount of ghee, ginger-jeera water. Avoid prolonged fasting, raw foods, excess spices, tea/coffee, and late meals.
