Hello, Labia (vagina ke bahar ki skin) ka size genetics, aging, ya hormonal changes ki wajah se kam-jyada ho sakta hai. Yeh ek natural bodily variation hai aur aksar koi medical khatra nahi hota, lekin agar aapko physical discomfort (jaise cycling ya tight kapdo mein jalan) ho rahi hai, toh kuch non-surgical options try kiye ja sakte hain. ​Ayurveda mein ise ‘mamsadhatu’ (muscle tissue) ki laxity mana jata hai. Surgery ke bina size ko drastic tarah se chota karna mushkil hai, lekin muscle tone ko behtar banaya ja sakta hai. ​ Ayurveda Medicines 1. ​Pinda Tailam (External Use): Is tel se labia ke aas-paas halke haath se massage karein. Yeh tissues ko nourish aur hydrate karne mein help karta hai. 2. ​Dhanwantaram Tailam (External Use): Isse local massage karne se muscle tone behtar hoti hai aur skin tightening mein madad milti hai. 3. ​Chandraprabha Vati (Internal): 2 tablets din mein do baar, khane ke baad. Yeh pelvic region ki health ke liye achi mani jati hai. ​ ​Halke gungune paani mein Triphala Churna mila kar usme 10-15 minute baithein. Yeh skin ko tone karne mein aur hygiene maintain karne mein madad karta hai. ​ Din mein 3-4 baar Pelvic floor exercises karein. Isse niche ke muscles tight hote hain jiska asar overall appearance par padta hai. ​ Vitamin C rich foods (Amla, Nimbu) aur protein ka sevan badhayein taaki collagen improve ho.

Agar hum structural change (yaani skin ko chota karne) ki baat karein, toh woh surgery (Labiaplasty) ke bina mumkin nahi hota. Aisa din mein 3 baar 10-15 reps karein. • Mula Bandha (Yoga): Yoga mein Mula Bandha lagane se reproductive system tone hota hai. Kya Karein (Dos)✅ • Hygiene ka dhyan rakhein: Safai ke liye sirf halke gungune paani ya mild wash ka use karein. • Cotton Underwear pehnein: Breathable fabric skin ko irritation aur latakne se bachata hai. • Wazan maintain karein: Baar-baar wazan ghatne ya badhne se skin stretch hokar dheeli ho jati hai. If there is severe enlargement, pain, recurrent infections, or difficulty in walking/intercourse, then proper gynecological examination is important because natural methods may give only partial improvement.
