What causes sticky and loose stools with dark color after taking Dadimashtaka and Panchkol? - #55193
See usually i experience shapeless or semisolid motion once a day with severe bloating, frequent hunger & mild red rashes on cheeks. I feel hungry especially at midnight. So took Dadimashtak on dr advise & motion became well formed with one day use but still sticky. So to clear the stickness dr told to have panchkol before food & dadimashtaka after meals twice a day.On taking it bloating became negligible, but motion is still very sticky & also loose with dark brown to black colour. Whenever i take dadimashtaka with anything heating/drying it cause motion like that.why?? And is panchkol not sufficient to clear stickiness it only cures bloating. Why?? Pls tell what has happened to me

The symptoms suggest a mixed Agni disturbance (Vishama + Mandagni) with Kapha–Pitta imbalance in the gut. This leads to incomplete digestion, causing bloating, sticky/semisolid stools, and irregular appetite. –Dadimashtak helps by improving digestion and reducing fermentation, so bloating improves and stool starts forming better. But stickiness persists because Kapha-type “ama” (undigested residue/mucus) is still present in the gut. -Panchkol mainly stimulates Agni and reduces gas, but alone it is not sufficient to clear accumulated Kapha/ama, so stool consistency doesn’t fully normalize. -When both strong “deepana–pachana” (heating/drying) medicines are used, they may over-stimulate Agni, leading to faster transit and hence loose or dark stool. ------Rx 1. Before food (Deepana–Pachana): Panchkol Churna – 2 g with lukewarm water twice daily before meals 2. After meals: -Dadimashtak kwath 15 ml with equal amount of water twice daily after meals -Kutaj Ghan Vati – 1 tablets (250 mg) twice daily after meals 3) bed time Avipattikar Churna – 3 g at bedtime 5. Pitta/skin support (if rash persists): -Guduchi Satva – 500 mg twice daily after food ------Pathya Warm, light diet; avoid fried/oily, fermented foods; regular meal timing; no late-night eating.
Dr if i take chitrakadi vati for sticky motion then stickiness vanishes but hunger sensation also suppresses. And if i take panchkol for sticky motion then stickiness problem still persists but but hunger sensation improve & bloating also improves
U are…taking only stickiness as a point only one medicine will not work…bcz at this time… multiple actions have to be perform…if …after taking these medicines any of the prob occur just discuss that…but don’t leave any medicine by yourself…
There is ama formation in your body…so have these medicines for 15 days…after that…will change some medicines…
