आपकी समस्या लंबे समय से चल रही है, इसलिए इसे केवल “Loose motion” नहीं बल्कि आयुर्वेद में ग्रहणी दोष (IBS जैसी स्थिति), मंदाग्नि और पित्त-वात असंतुलन माना जा सकता है। बार-बार मल आना, dehydration, लो BP, वजन घटना, भूख कम लगना, आंतों में जलन और मौसम के अनुसार पेशाब में जलन — ये सभी संकेत शरीर में अग्नि कमजोरी और द्रव क्षय की ओर इशारा करते हैं। मुख्य कारण अत्यधिक व्यायाम/योग से शरीर में पानी और इलेक्ट्रोलाइट की कमी पित्त बढ़ाने वाले आहार लंबे समय से कमजोर पाचन Dairy products से intolerance गर्मियों में शरीर की गर्मी बढ़ना आयुर्वेदिक देखभाल सुबह खाली पेट 1 गिलास धनिया + सौंफ का पानी इसके 20 मिनट बाद हल्का नाश्ता जैसे मूंग दल चीला/दलिया भोजन मूंग की खिचड़ी, चावल, बेल फल, अनार, पका केला उपयोगी छाछ में भुना जीरा + सेंधा नमक दोपहर में लें बहुत गर्म, मसालेदार, खट्टा, तला हुआ भोजन बंद करें क्या न लें दूध, पनीर, ज्यादा दही ज्यादा चाय/कॉफी ठंडा पानी और packaged drinks खाली पेट लंबे समय तक रहना घरेलू उपाय बेलगिरी चूर्ण 1 चम्मच दिन में 2 बार सौंफ + धनिया + मिश्री का पानी जलन व dehydration में लाभकारी ORS या नारियल पानी नियमित लें व्यायाम अभी 2 घंटे भारी योग/व्यायाम कम करें। 30–40 मिनट हल्का योग, अनुलोम-विलोम और शीतली प्राणायाम पर्याप्त रहेगा। ज्यादा exertion से BP और dehydration बढ़ सकता है।
