Hello:) Ihad a severe digestion stop in india after eat two kinds of daal - one home made in frige for 2 days another from the market - at night with mirch a side, rait and chapati. I felt so very bad bloating the mirch flavor a lot and my blood presion start to go down and down. for 20/30 minuts i was eating sugar to avoid loose senses and i end up in the hospital because i was not estableble. If i stop to eat the sugar, i was starting to feel dizzi an loose senses again. From hospita: omeprazon, the rose sirup that brecks the gas and Electrolits. Since that day, after any kind of meal i was always bloating. Curd was imposible in the morning. Green banana was working quite well. No ghee or chay or dryed fruits. I spent almost one month eating sweet daliya every night. It was last Dicember /January. In one of the episodes of severe bloating i went to the hospital and stayed the night to take soro because of low blood presion repeating again and again. For one month and a half like this. Daliya was the only safe food and the elotrolits also helping a lot everytime the sever bloat was coming. I made analises to my blood, stool investigation, ecografy and all was correct. Then, so very tired of no diagnosis or natural balance from the body i made my own investigation online and found the digestive enzime. I started - DIZEXA - and for one month i took it everyday along with zinc, b12, Complex B, calsium+D3 some days other days vit C. After that i felt quite good for one month and a half. Then, one day in the morning i made panner, tosted, that was in the frige for 4 days, it was arround march. I felt belly pain (diferent simptom comparing with the fist time) after40/50 minuts and again start bloating and bloating after eat everyday... Could you give an idea of what might be happenig, and how to help my body to recover or if i should make more investigation with alophatic like endoscopy? The only simptom a have is much much gas. No acidity. No burning. No pain. Somethimes the blood presion goes down. Somethimes i start bloat only after 3/4/5 hours after the meal and nowadays those are the really bad episodes. Your symptoms look like post-infective gut sensitivity / post-infectious IBS after a food poisoning episode. Because of this, the intestine has become sensitive and produces excess gas after meals, especially with dairy, dal, spicy food, fermented food, and heavy meals. Low BP/dizziness may happen due to dehydration, electrolyte imbalance, or vagal response during severe bloating. –According to Ayurveda: This condition can be understood as Mandagni with Ama formation and Vata prakopa, mainly Samana Vayu disturbance. Heavy, stale, spicy, fermented and incompatible foods disturbed digestion, causing Adhmana/Atopa — gas, bloating and abdominal discomfort. –Rx: 1) Hingvastak Churna — 2 gm BD after food with warm water 2) Jeerakadyarishta — 15 ml + 15 ml water BD after food 3) Bilwadi Gutika — 1 tab BD after food 4) Shankha Vati — 1 tab SOS after food for severe gas/bloating 5) Avipattikar Churna — 3 gm HS with warm water, if constipation/acidity tendency Avoid if loose motion. —Pathya: Light warm fresh food, moong khichdi, rice, daliya, warm water, small frequent meals. –Ajwain + jeera + saunf water after meals 10–15 min walk after food —Avoid: Curd, paneer, milk, dal/beans, spicy food, fried food, stale/fridge food, tea/coffee, dry fruits.
