Doctors' responses
Gallbladder stones and very high triglycerides can both be managed in Ayurveda with proper diet correction, Agni improvement, liver support, and Kapha-Meda balancing therapy. However, triglycerides around 3000 mg/dL are extremely high and may increase the risk of acute pancreatitis. From an ayurvedic perspective, this condition is mainly related to Kapha aggravation, Meda Dhatu imbalance, impaired liver–gallbladder function, and Ama accumulation.
