How to treat gallbladder stones and high triglycerides with Ayurveda? - #55418

Suffering from Gallbladder stones from past two years. A mild pain in lower right abdomen. - Is there an effective treatment in ayurveda, as I'm trying to avoid surgery? I'm also suffering from high triglycerides around 3k. Is there a treatment for this.

Gallbladder stones and very high triglycerides can both be managed in Ayurveda with proper diet correction, Agni improvement, liver support, and Kapha-Meda balancing therapy. However, triglycerides around 3000 mg/dL are extremely high and may increase the risk of acute pancreatitis. From an ayurvedic perspective, this condition is mainly related to Kapha aggravation, Meda Dhatu imbalance, impaired liver–gallbladder function, and Ama accumulation. Ayurvedic Approach For Gallbladder Stones (Pittashmari) Ayurveda aims to: Improve bile flow Reduce sludge and stone formation tendency Correct digestion and fat metabolism reduce inflammation and nausea Commonly used ayurvedic medicines Arogyavardhini Vati Varunadi Kashayam Punarnavadi Kashayam Katuki preparations Triphala Bhumi Amla If pain is mild and there is no blockage, infection, fever, or jaundice, ayurvedic management may help control symptoms and slow progression. For High Triglycerides Triglycerides of 3000 indicate severe Meda Dushti and metabolic imbalance.
