IBS from last 17 years - #555

I’m 30 and have been visiting washroom after every meal from the age of 13. All treatments have given minimal benefits. Sometimes I do not feel the urge instead start feeling sleepy and headache which goes away after I visit washroom. I’ve tried gluten free and I’m on only ghar ka khana diet. Sleeping less increases symptoms. What to do? Also in the morning there’s constipation. I also have lots of bloating and tight abdomen. It’s all undigested food.
