Your symptoms suggest severe Vata imbalance with constipation (Vibandha) and lower back/kati shoola, often worsened by acidity and dehydration. Since pain is “kidney-back area” and limits movement, do not ignore structural or urinary causes. Ayurveda approach 1. For constipation (daily routine) Take 1–2 tsp Triphala churna with warm water at bedtime Or Isabgol (psyllium husk) 1 tsp in warm water at night Drink warm water frequently in the day (avoid cold water) 2. For digestion & acidity Take Saunf + Jeera + Ajwain tea after meals Eat light, warm, freshly cooked food Avoid fried, spicy, fermented, and dry foods 3. For back/kidney area pain Apply warm sesame oil massage (Abhyanga) on lower back daily Use hot water bag on painful area 15–20 min Rest spine, avoid heavy lifting or sudden bending 4. Diet support Include ghee in food (1–2 tsp daily) Eat soft foods: rice, khichdi, soups, cooked vegetables Add fruits like papaya, banana (ripe)
Your constipation can be contributing, but severe back pain with difficulty getting up from bed should not be ignored. It may be related to muscles, spine, or kidneys and needs evaluation if persistent. Drink more warm water, avoid spicy/oily foods, and take soaked raisins or papaya daily for bowel support. Triphala churna – 1 teaspoon with warm water at bedtime Avipattikar tablet – 1 tablet twice daily after food Dashmool kwath – 15 ml twice daily with warm water Warm fomentation on the back may help pain relief.
