Hello, Your symptoms are real , but the pattern you describe- stomach discomfort/ infection feeling followed by loose motion specifically during or after money/work related activities- is much more commonly linked to the brain gut connection and autonomic nervous system response, even when it does not feel like stress A true stomach infection usually -does not happen only during specific activities -does not repeatedly start immediately with certain situation -and would usually cause fever, vomiting, persistent diarrhea, or appetite loss What you describe can happen when the nervous system activates the gut very strongly even without conscious emotional stress Ayurvedic view This often resembles -aggravated vata in the gut -hypersensitive digestion -grahani type disturbance -gut reactiing rapidly to mental/work stimulation In Ayurveda, mind and digestion are deeply connected. sometimes the body reacts before the mind consciously feels anxiety Common mechanism During certain activities -adrenaline -gut nerve stimulation -intestinal motility -acid secretion change rapidly This can cause -urgency -loose stools -nausea -abdominal discomfort -infection like sensation This is common in -IBS like condition -gut hypersensitivity -functional bowel disorders Important since symptoms are severe do not assume it is just psychological Please rule out -IBS -food intolerance -hyperacidity -H.pylori -inflammatory bowel issues -thyroid issues -infection -medication side effects Esepcially if you have -blood in stool -fever -weight loss -night diarrhea -persistent vomiting Ayurvedic support 1) Kutajarishta= 20ml + equal water twice daily after meals =often used for loose stool, gut irritatiion 2) Bilvadi gulika= 2 tabs twice daily after meals =may help stabilize bowel movement 3) Takrarishta= 15ml with equal water twice daily after meals =helps regulate gut sensitivity Diet -warm simple meals -rice moong dal khichdi -cumin fennel water -pomegranate -banana –Buttermilk at lunch time Avoid -excess tea, coffee -fried food -very spicy foods -eating during intense work/activity Nervous system regulation Even if you feel this is not stress, calming the gut brain axis can still help -Slow breathing -regular sleep -avoiding long fasting -eating at fixed times -walking after meals About temporary relief If medicine only suppress symptoms temporarily, the trigger mechanism may still be active. This is why identifying the underlying gut sensitivity is important rather than repeatedly taking anti-diarrheal medicines Your symptoms do not sound like a typical infection repeatedly triggered by money making actiivties. They more likely reflect a strong gut nervous system reaction or functional bowel disturbance, even if it feels different from normal anxiety. A proper gastrointestinal evaluation plus entle gut calming ayurvedic support and nervous ssytem regulation usually helps more than repeatedly suppressing symptoms temporarily Do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you
