Even after trying every organic way possible. There is no change in hair texture. Water is super Good in himachal. Air is amazing. Food is less adulterated. More workouts . Walks . And healthy vegetarian deit. Less dairy . Drinking amla rasayan since 2013 Jan, bringrajasav , Moringa in chila or Parathas, ashwagandha tablets without miss. Ate biotin tablets for 8 months no result. Doctor says your forehead hairs are more thin than rest of your scalp. Now I have lost hope in everything!
