For a while now, I’ve been experiencing symptoms that seem to match both vata and kapha imbalances. My energy fluctuates a lot: some days I feel restless and anxious, and other days I’m sluggish and heavy. Are these typical vata-kapha dosha symptoms, or is it something else entirely? I’ve also noticed my digestion is irregular. Sometimes I feel bloated (which I think is vata), but other times I feel lethargic after meals, which seems like kapha.
