Alright, let’s dive into this together. High BP, cholesterol, and triglycerides, all need careful management. Ayurveda can offer you a gentle but profound path to finding balance. First thing we should look at is your diet, since that’s crucial here.

Start incorporating foods that pacify Pitta and Kapha doshas, as they often get out of whack in these cases. Cooked veggies, particularly bitter gourd, spinach, and broccoli, are your new best friends. Incorporate oats and barley, they’re amazing for cholesterol. Try to avoid processed foods and totally cut out fried foods, they’re just no good for you right now.

Drink a glass of lukewarm water with a teaspoon of honey and lemon first thing in the morning. It gently jump-starts the metabolism. Adding a pinch of cinnamon can be helpful too, as it’s known to improve circulation and balance cholesterol.

Including garlic in your meals might seem common, but it’s an age-old trick in Ayurveda for addressing high cholesterol levels. Consuming 1-2 cloves of raw garlic on an empty stomach in morning can do wonders.
