1. Diet for Fat Reduction and Pitta Balance Start your day with a glass of warm water mixed with half a lemon and a pinch of turmeric. This detoxifies the system and kickstarts metabolism. Include light, Kapha-pacifying foods like steamed vegetables, soups, and whole grains. Avoid heavy, oily, and fried foods, as well as sugar and processed snacks. Consume Triphala powder (1 teaspoon) with warm water at bedtime to aid digestion and detoxify the body.

2. Manage Boils and Skin Irritation Apply a paste of neem and turmeric powder mixed with rose water to affected areas. Leave it on for 20 minutes and wash off. Neem is antibacterial, and turmeric reduces inflammation. Take Gandhaka Rasayana (a sulfur-based Ayurvedic remedy) as prescribed by an Ayurvedic practitioner. It helps in managing skin infections and boils. Drink a decoction of Manjistha or Guduchi daily. Both herbs purify the blood and reduce Pitta-induced skin issues.

3. Exercise and Post-Workout Care Engage in low-impact exercises like walking, swimming, or yoga to avoid excessive heat and friction in sensitive areas. After exercise, wash the thighs and underarms with neem water (boil neem leaves in water, cool, and use) to prevent boils caused by sweat.

4. Lifestyle Adjustments Wear breathable, loose-fitting cotton clothes to reduce friction and sweating in problem areas. Apply coconut oil with a few drops of tea tree oil to the thighs and underarms after bathing to keep the skin moisturized and prevent irritation.

5. Long-Term Fat Reduction and Skin Health Practice yoga poses like Trikonasana (Triangle Pose), Utkatasana (Chair Pose), and Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) daily for fat reduction. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of warm water infused with fennel or coriander seeds to reduce body heat and balance Pitta.

6. Stress Management Stress can aggravate dosha imbalances. Practice Pranayama like Sheetali (cooling breath) to calm Pitta and Kapha.

Follow this plan consistently for 8–10 weeks to see significant improvements. If boils persist or worsen, consult an Ayurvedic practitioner for personalized guidance.
