Hi Rajesh, I need some more information about your problem. Do you mean you have fever or there is excessive body heat and burning sensation? Also since when are you having these symptoms. Have you examined the throat for any infection? And have you done basic cardiac health investigations like blood test, ECG etc? Please reply accordingly.

In Ayurveda, managing high fever and severe throat pain involves several natural remedies aimed at balancing the body’s doshas and promoting healing. Start by gargling with warm salt water to soothe the throat and reduce inflammation. Incorporating turmeric milk into your routine can also be beneficial; mix half a teaspoon of turmeric powder in a glass of warm milk and drink it before bed, as turmeric possesses anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. Additionally, prepare a ginger and Tulsi (holy basil) tea by boiling fresh ginger and Tulsi leaves in water, straining, and adding honey to taste; this combination can enhance immunity and alleviate throat discomfort. Licorice root tea is another excellent option, as it helps soothe the throat and has antiviral properties. For Ayurvedic medicines, consider taking Khadiradi Vati for throat pain and Vasaka (Adhatoda vasica) for respiratory support, as they help in reducing inflammation and improving breathing. Pippali (Long Pepper) can also be taken to enhance respiratory health and digestion. For further support, consider Panchakarma treatments such as steam inhalation with eucalyptus oil to clear congestion and promote healing. Ensure you stay well-hydrated by consuming warm fluids like herbal teas and broths. Finally, prioritize rest and warmth to bolster your immune system.

High temperature paired with throat pain can often indicate an imbalance, particularly of the Pitta dosha. It sounds like you’ve tried a few common remedies, but when these symptoms persist, it’s indeed vital to address the underlying dosha imbalance in a more focused manner, carefully considering your individual constitution and needs.

Firstly, immediate relief to cool down the excess pitta could come from simple yet potent remedies like a coriander seed infusion. Take about a teaspoon of coriander seeds, boil them in a cup of water for around 5 minutes, strain, and sip it slowly. This may not only help cool your system but also help with the inflammation in your throat.

Another beneficial remedy is to use a spoon of ghee melted in warm milk. Drink this before bed. Ghee has anti-inflammatory properties and can help soothe the fiery sensation you’re experiencing. Do make sure the milk is not too hot though; lukewarm is just right.

In terms of your diet, steer clear from spicy, salty, and sour foods as these increase Pitta. Cooling foods like cucumber, melons, and sweet fruits can be beneficial. Including more of these in your diet might provide some relief.

Consider inhaling steam from water boiled with a few mint leaves. This might not only provide throat comfort but also help with congestion if there is any.

For lifestyle adjustments, avoid long exposure to heat, whether it’s sunbathing or hot showers. Rest, hydration, and ensuring you don’t overexert yourself are essential as well.

Now, it’s critical I mention this, if your temperature remains high or if symptoms worsen, seeking immediate medical care is crucial. While Ayurvedic remedies might assist, they shouldn’t replace necessary medical interventions. Fever and severe throat pain might deserve professional attention to rule out anything bacterial or an infection.

Remember, these remedies are aimed at soothing symptoms and balancing your dosha, but they’re not a substitute if there’s an urgent medical concern. In circumstances where symptoms are severe, always put your immediate safety first, okay?
