To deal with this, there are some time-tested Ayurvedic remedies that might help. One common choice is Ashwagandha, known for strengthening joints and soothing nerves. But make sure to get it in a good form - maybe a powder mixed with warm milk before bed can do wonders.

Then there’s Dashmoolarishta, a traditional Ayurvedic concoction that emphasizes improving overall strength and reducing inflammation. A couple of tablespoons with water after meals might help keep painful episodes in check. And while we’re on herbs, Shallaki (or Boswellia serrata) is another remedy known for its powerful anti-inflammatory properties.

Now, when it comes to oils, Mahanarayan oil is quite popular. Warm it and gently massage onto affected areas. Doing this, especially before a warm bath, should relieve some tension.
