Hello Mohammad, Do you suffer from hyperacidity or vertigo otherwise or only during travel? Your symptoms indicate a Vata-Pitta imbalance, affecting the inner ear and nervous system. Vata aggravation causes dizziness, while Pitta imbalance leads to nausea and vomiting. To manage this, take Medha Vati (1 tablet twice daily) and Shankhpushpi Syrup (10 ml twice daily) to calm the nervous system. Mukta Pishti (125 mg twice daily with honey) helps balance Pitta and prevents nausea. Nasya therapy with Anu Taila (2 drops in each nostril daily) strengthens the inner ear. Before traveling, take Sitopaladi Churna (1 tsp with honey) to reduce nausea. Avoid spicy, oily, and fermented foods, and drink coriander-infused water to cool the system. Practicing slow head movements, Pranayama, and gentle yoga will help stabilize Vata and improve balance. Let me know if you need further guidance!

Oh, vertigo, nausea, and vomiting when traveling, that’s kinda tough, especially when it just kicks in outta nowhere, like in 2018. I get it, motion sickness can be miserably exhausting. You’ve tried allopathic meds without relief, so turning to Ayurveda’s holistic approach might help, just so you know It looks at your body constitution and all that stuff. It’s cool like that.

First, think Doshas. You might have a bit of a vata imbalance here – its the primary dosha affected in travel sickness due to its airy nature. Strategies to ground and soothe vata could be helpful. Ginger tea or capsules are kinda the first line here – known as sunthi in Ayurveda, it’s got this great ability to help settle your stomach. Try sipping ginger tea 30 mins before you get on the road, and keep some slices handy to chew on. Seriously, ginger is nature’s antinausea thing.

You might wanna take care of agni – the digestive fire, right? Trikatu – a mix of ginger, black pepper, and long pepper can kind of support digestion. 1/4 teaspoon with warm water twice a day, on an empty stomach. Maybe you’d want to start introducing it gradually.

Sometimes a drop or two of mint oil on a handkerchief, and inhaling when you feel queasy works wonders. Just breathe in that mint when nauseous waves hit.

Diet, too, is big in this. Eat light, easily digestable, warm foods on travel days. Avoid heavy, oily, or cold foods 12hrs before you travel. It’s magic. For real.

And, don’t underestimate shiro dhara or nasya (nose oil drops) under professional guidance – they help balance doshas, can tackle root issues. Though, identifying specific prakriti is key, an Ayurvedic doctor (aka me or someone local!) can really dig into that, align these treatments with what your body says.

Lastly, be mindful. Relax and take deep breaths if you feel anxiety sneaking in. Ayurveda respects your mind-body connection! Safe travels, hope this helps! 🌿
