Your symptoms—inflammation (hands, feet, face), bloating, nausea, low energy, low blood pressure, body pain, headaches, mood swings, and anxiety—suggest a combination of hormonal imbalance, gut issues, and possible nutritional deficiencies.

Based on the symptoms you described, your condition seems to be linked to a vata and pitta imbalance. Ayurvedic principles associate such concern with aggravated vata, causing pain, anxiety, and bloating while pitta may contribute to inflammation and mood swings.

Focusing on digestive health can significantly alleviate symptoms. Consider starting your day with a warm glass of water infused with fresh ginger or ajwain (carom seeds). These herbs can help in strengthening agni, or digestive fire, reducing bloating and nausea. Avoidance of cold, raw foods which can aggravate symptoms, and instead opting for warm cooked meals aids digestion.

Incorporate ghee into your diet — about a teaspoon per meal — to pacify vata, providing lubrication to the joints and supporting smoother bowel movements. Reduce or avoid pungent, spicy, and excessive sour foods as they can flare up pitta leading to more inflammation. Patience with dietary changes is vital, results may take time.

For the pain, applying warm sesame oil to your body, massaging gently, can calm vata and provide relief to aching muscles. Bathing or soaking feet in warm water after massages helps relax the body further.

For managing anxiety, practicing mindful breathing techniques like Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) for several minutes daily can anchor your mind. Consider 15 minutes of meditation or yoga every morning to stabilize mood swings and overthinking tendencies. Sleep quality deeply impacts mental balance, so ensure a regular sleep routine, aiming for 7-8 hours nightly.

Continue to monitor blood pressure. While Ayurveda can vastly help, consulting with a healthcare professional for low blood pressure issue might be prudent. Balancing vata-pitta will likely reduce the anxiousness and uplift your spirits. Small changes over time will compound into noticeable improvements in your wellbeing.
