Hi Jaya, your symptoms—under-eye puffiness, sinus issues, allergies, foot pain (heels, Achilles, calcaneus), excessive greying of hair, joint stiffness (index finger), and muscle pain (left hip & back)—are linked to menopausal changes, weak digestion, and possible inflammation or nutrient deficiencies. Ashwagandha + shatavari churna - 1/2 tsp with lukewarm water at night Dashamoola kwath-10 mL twice daily diluted in water Triphala eye wash-soak 1 tsp Triphala churna in one glass of water at night and at morning strain it ang wash your eyes Turmeric milk to be taken daily Epsom salt foot soak Avoid: Cold foods & dairy (triggers sinus issues) Refined sugar & processed foods (worsens menopause symptoms) Overeating at night (causes bloating & puffiness)

It seems you are dealing with several interconnected issues, and understanding how they might relate to an imbalance in your doshas can be key. The puffiness under your eyes and tendency towards sinus issues often suggest an imbalance in Kapha dosha. Combined with menopausal symptoms, this can be quite complex.

For the eye puffiness, one simple yet effective remedy can be to use cooled brewed tea bags. Preferably green tea or chamomile, as their anti-inflammatory properties may provide some relief. Place cooled, damp tea bags over your closed eyes for about 10 minutes a couple of times a day. Also, incorporating Triphala–a traditional Ayurvedic formulation–can help to detoxify the body and reduce inflammation.

Your heel and Achilles discomfort may indicate an issue with Vata dosha, manifesting as dryness or lack of lubrication in bones and joints. Regularly massaging the feet with warm sesame or castor oil before bedtime can be beneficial. Additionally, soaking your feet in warm water with a pinch of Epsom salt may promote relaxation and relieve some pain.

Considering the grey hair, Ayurveda views premature graying as a result of Pitta dosha. Amla or Indian Gooseberry is highly regarded in Ayurveda for nourishing hair. You could consume Amla in either powdered or fresh form daily, as it rejuvenates hair health.

Applying a simple blend of Brahmi and coconut oil on the scalp can assist with hair quality too. Lastly, ensuring a balanced diet rich in greens, almonds, and sesame seeds can contribute to joint flexibility, potentially easing the stiffness in your finger joints and muscle issues.

Engage in regular mild physical activity like yoga can balance Vata and Pitta, supporting flexibility and alleviating hip and back concerns. Keeping hydrated and maintaining a regular sleep schedule would also support your journey through menopause. Consider consulting with an Ayurvedic practitioner for a more personalized approach.
