how to reduce the no. of eye ball - #20108

i am suffering from myopia.the no of my eyes are 7 and 7. I want to get rid of my specticals in an ayurvedic manner. I am 13. my screen time is 6-7hrs. please help me out to acive my goal. also a doctor suggested me to use "kidtro" to reduce my no. but I don't use it regularly

First, looking at your screen time, try to gradually reduce it. Extended screen use can strain your eyes and worsen myopia. For every 30-40 minutes of screen time, make it a point to rest your eyes by focusing on something 20 feet away for at least 20 seconds. This follows the 20-20-20 rule, a simple yet effective practice. When possible, take breaks every hour to relax and refresh your eyes.

Ayurveda also emphasizes the importance of a balanced Pitta dosha for maintaining eye health. Incorporating certain foods can help. Include more sources of Vitamin A like carrots, spinach, and sweet potatoes in your diet for essential eye nutrients. Ghee (clarified butter) can be used in moderate amounts, as it’s known for its nourishing properties.

Triphala, a traditional Ayurvedic remedy, is often recommended for eye health. You can prepare a Triphala eye wash, by soaking a tablespoon of Triphala powder overnight in water, strain it in the morning and use it to wash your eyes gently.

Eye exercises, or Trataka practices, are beneficial as well. Candle-gazing, for example, can improve focus and may help in managing myopia over time. Practice it daily in a calm environment; focus on the flame at eye level for a few minutes before closing your eyes and envisioning it.
