Soaked Fennel & Ajwain Seeds: Chew them after meals for better digestion. Triphala Powder: ½ tsp with warm water at night to clear toxins. Jeera (Cumin) Water: Boil 1 tsp cumin seeds in water and sip after meals. Buttermilk with Hing & Rock Salt: Aids digestion and reduces bile issues. Avoid spicy, fried, and acidic foods. Certainly, it seems like you are experiencing some digestive discomfort, which could be tied to an imbalance in the doshas, particularly Pitta and Vata. In Ayurveda, gas burps and acidity can often result from an aggravated Vata, while excessive bile is commonly linked with Pitta imbalance.

First, pay attention to your diet. It might help to reduce foods that are heavy, greasy or overly spicy as these can aggravate both Vata and Pitta. Opt for meals that include cooked vegetables, whole grains like rice and oats, and seasonal fruits. Cooling herbs and spices like coriander, cumin, and fennel could support your digestion, helping to balance Pitta and lessen symptoms.

Incorporate consistent meal timings; eat your largest meal when the sun is highest, as digestive fire (Agni) is stronger around midday. Avoid eating late at night which can disrupt digestion.

You might also benefit from certain Ayurvedic remedies like Amla (Indian gooseberry) or Aloe Vera juice taken on an empty stomach, which can cool down excess Pitta and aid in reducing bile issues. However, introducing these gradually and observing how your body reacts is key.

For the chest pain and red spots, consider stress reduction techniques. Practices like yoga, pranayama (breathing exercises), especially cooling breaths like Sheetali or Sheetkari, can help soothe both body and mind.

Regarding gas and burps, avoid carbonated drinks or chewing gum which might introduce more air into your system. Ginger tea can also be supportive in reducing gas, but should be consumed mindfully, watching for any increase in your symptoms.

Importantly, if chest pain and red spots persist or worsen, seeking medical consultation without delay is essential. These could indicate conditions needing immediate attention beyond Ayurveda’s scope.

Remember, making small, gradual changes in your habits and diet, while being patient with your body’s response, often brings about more sustainable relief.
