How can I increase my body weight? - #20447

Samson

I am a man who has around 1. 80 M but my weight is 69 kg. And also some I don't like to eat morning. When I take meal in morning it doesn't move out very quickly. I need an advice about how can increase weight and which kind of food I can use to increase body weight.

Don’t worry about your weight. Gradually you will gain it. Eat balanced diet. High protein diet. Don’t take on the counter protein supplements used in gyms. Eat small quantities with frequent intervals.
