Fresh fruits like pomegranates and melons and veggies like cucumber and spinach are good choices. Try avoiding spicy, sour or heavily fried meals, as well as coffee and processed foods, which can irritate the stomach lining more.

A powerful routine is to drink a glass of fresh aloe vera juice every morning on an empty stomach. This aids in healing the inflammation in the gastric mucosa. Have it atleast for a month to see improvements. Moreover, mix a teaspoon of licorice root powder with warm water and consume it daily, as licorice is particularly beneficial for its anti-inflammatory and soothing properties on the stomach lining.
