When dealing with high cholesterol alongside other multiple health issues like recurring eye infections, bronchitis, and HLAB27 positivity, it’s crucial to take a holistic approach that Ayurveda offers to balance the body and promote overall well-being.

To manage cholesterol naturally, focus on your diet first. Reduce intake of fried foods, processed snacks, and excessive sugar. Instead, incorporate lipids that are more sattvic, such as ghee, which when used in moderation can actually balance your agni, the digestive fire. Adding spices like turmeric, ginger, and garlic to meals can help detoxify your system. Eat more whole grains, fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. They are full of fibers and natural phytonutrients that support your body’s detoxification processes.

Consider Triphala, a classical Ayurvedic formulation, to cleanse the digestive tract and support overall digestion. It can be taken at night with warm water.

In terms of lifestyle, regular physical activity, like yoga or gentle walks in nature, is key to not only lowering cholesterol but balancing Vata dosha — which can help with the bronchitis symptoms you’ve experienced. Pranayama, particularly Anulom-Vilom (alternate nostril breathing), improves lung function and reduces stress levels.

For eye infections, Ayurveda recommends washing the eyes with a decoction of Triphala. Also, using ‘anjana’, an herbal eye salve might provide some preventive care. But ensure its suitability with an Ayurvedic practitioner given your specific condition.

Considering the bone disease your doctor identified due to HLAB27 positivity, keep in mind that stress reduction, possibly through meditation, plays a vital role. Stress can trigger inflammation in the body, and addressing it supports your systemic health. Support joint health with herbs like Ashwagandha and Boswellia, known for their anti-inflammatory properties.

Do remember these are holistic approaches that should complement your current medical treatment, not replace it. It’s always advisable to follow your doctor’s advice, too, and possibly work with them to integrate Ayurveda safely into your care plan.
