It sounds like you are experiencing bloating, possibly due to poor digestion, irregular bowel movements, or a buildup of gas. This can be associated with an imbalance in the Vata and Pitta doshas in Ayurveda, leading to digestive issues like indigestion, constipation, or even mild irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

Ayurvedic Recommendations: Eat Warm, Easy-to-Digest Foods: Focus on warm, cooked meals like soups, khichdi, or steamed vegetables. Avoid heavy, oily, fried foods, and cold or raw items, as they can aggravate Vata and worsen bloating. Chew Food Properly: Take time to chew your food well to support better digestion and reduce gas formation. Herbal Teas: Drink warm herbal teas with ginger, cumin, and fennel after meals to aid digestion and reduce bloating. Triphala: Take 1 teaspoon of Triphala powder with warm water before bed to help with bowel regularity. Regular Meals: Maintain a consistent eating schedule. Avoid overeating or skipping meals, as it can disturb your digestion and increase bloating. Abdominal Massage: Gently massage your abdomen with warm sesame oil in a clockwise direction for a few minutes before bedtime to stimulate digestion. If symptoms persist or worsen, it’s best to consult a an Ayurvedic doctor for a thorough evaluation to rule out underlying digestive conditions.

Hey! It sounds like you’re dealing with some digestive issues that could be tied to an imbalance in your doshas, potentially Vata or Kapha. When your stomach feels bigger after eating, it’s sometimes due to Agni (your digestive fire) not being strong enough to digest food efficiently. Let’s talk strategy.

First off, morning habits matter. Try drinking a glass of warm water first thing, to help kickstart your digestion. If you’re not pooping every day, maybe add a bit of triphala before bed. Just a teaspoon with warm water can aid with regularity – really, it works wonders for some.

Diet’s a biggie too. Maybe look at what you’re munching on, avoid ice-cold drinks 'cause they can really mess with your agni. Warm or room tempature water is better—supporting digestion smoother. And eating slowly, mindfully can help too. You wanna chew well, let your stomach work easier.

Might be Kapha. So heavy, greasy foods aren’t best - focus on light, easily digestible meals. Spices like cumin, ginger, fennel, and asafoetida are super good, they help reduce bloating and strengthen digestion, you can sprinkle 'em in when cooking.

Lifestyle-wise, simple things like a short walk post-meal, or not lying down right after eating can be useful. Light movement aids digestion. And try not to stress over, stress is a sneaky disruptor!

Sometimes it’s tricky finding what sets stuff off. Keeping a food/digestive journal might reveal patterns, what helps/hinders your digestion. Watch how your body’s responding.

If this starts getting worse, or pain happens, don’t wait on it; you should definitely see a doctor. Sometimes issues aren’t just digestive quirks, you know? Safety first!

Hope this helps, gives you some direction at least!
