Alright, let’s dive into this. Dizziness and burning sensation in the feet, with gastric issues, sounds like a bit of a pickle! In Ayurveda, these symptoms might suggest an imbalance in Pitta dosha. This dosha, when aggravated, can lead to issues like burning sensations and digestive discomfort.

Now, about water intake – it isn’t as straightforward as a certain number of litres. Drink when you’re thirsty, but especially ensure not to drink excessive cold water. For folks with Pitta aggravation, room temperature or slightly warm water can be very balancing. Aim for about 2 to 2.5 litres daily, but listen to your body cuz sometimes less or more may be needed depending on your activity or temperature outside.

Be careful with drinking water right before and immediately after meals though. Wait at least 30 minutes, as large amounts might smolder your agni - that’s your digestive fire, causing more gas. Between meals sipping water is just fine.

For that burning feet sensation – it might help to soak them in cool water at the end of the day, or using coconut oil which has a cooling effect, gently apply it on your feet before sleep.

Also consider your diet: avoid spicy and oily foods, they can aggravate your Pitta more. Favor foods that are naturally sweet, bitter or astringent – like green veggies, sweet fruits or coriander seeds. Sometimes it’s nice to have cumin or fennel tea post meals to aid digestion!

If this situation persists, it’d be good to consult with a practitioner face-to-face for a deeper dive into your specific constitution and imbalances. Best not to delay seeing someone if it isn’t getting better.

Does this resonate with what you’re experiencing? Let me know if you need anything more specific!
