How can Mukta Vati help in managing hypertension naturally? - #22680

I am struggling with high blood pressure and find myself constantly worried about it. My doc suggested meds, but I'm looking for something more natural, you know? A friend mentioned mukta vati and its uses, claiming it helped her Dad. So I started looking into it, but I'm not sure how exactly it works for hypertension. Like, can I just take it alongside my other supplements? Also, are there any specific mukta vati uses I should be aware of? I mean, are there side effects?
