hi Rashmi , Your serum chloride is slightly high (109), but it’s not dangerous and doesn’t mean your kidneys or liver are damaged — especially since your creatinine and eGFR are normal.Low urea and BUN can happen due to low protein intake, good hydration, or mild liver slowdown, but with normal creatinine, it’s usually not a concern.This is not a serious issue right now. Just stay well hydrated, eat balanced meals, and recheck after a few weeks if advised. No urgent action needed unless symptoms appear. thank you ! Kind regards

However, alone it may not immediately indicate a severe probem.

Serum urea and BUN being low suggests that your body might not be breaking down protein as expected or it could relate to liver function as well. Given your creatinine and eGFR levels are normal, there’s an indication that kidney function might be currently undistrurbed, which is a positive sign.

In Ayurveda, imbalances in body fluids may sometimes relate to ‘Pitta’ dosha, which governs digestion and metabolism. When evaluating your dietary habits, ensure that you are taking enough hydrating and nourishing foods. Increase intake of fluids, such as coconut water, and include cooling foods like cucumber, watermelon and aloe vera juice.
