I am really curious about something. I went to the market yesterday and saw this fruit called anjeer. At first, I thought it was just another name for figs, but the vendor said no, no, it’s anjeer fruit! I've been dealing with some digestion issues lately—like bloating and all that fun stuff—and I’ve heard that anjeer fruit can be good for gut health?? I’m also trying to figure out how to incorporate it into my diet. I tried it raw, but it was kinda weird with the texture. What is anjeer fruit exactly? Is it really worth the hype? I read somewhere that it can help with constipation, which I could really use right now! Anyway, if anyone has experience with anjeer fruit or knows recipes for it or something, I’d really appreciate any tips. Feels like I'm running out of options and would love to hear how this might help fix my bloating or general digestive drama.
