I am really curious about shilajit—like, can shilajit be taken empty stomach? A few weeks ago, I started reading about it online, and honestly, I’ve been hearing about how great it is for energy and stamina. I’ve felt super sluggish lately, like dragging through my day, and my digestion's been off too. Recently, I tried taking it mixed in water after my meals, but I read somewhere that taking it empty might be even better??? I wonder if that could help with my overall health, or if it’ll upset my stomach, which is just the last thing I need right now. I mean, I just want to get the best benefits from it and not end up feeling worse! Has anyone had experiences with this, like, can shilajit be taken empty stomach and if yes, when is the best time to do that? Also, I guess I worry a little about dosage.
