I am really trying to figure out how to use bhringraj powder. Last month, I started losing more hair than usual, and it freaked me out!! I always thought my hair was pretty strong, but it’s been falling out like crazy, especially in clumps when I wash it. A friend mentioned bhringraj powder and said it helps with hair loss. I got some off a website and now I’m just confused about how to use bhringraj powder properly. Should I mix it with water, or does it need some oil? I found some recipes that say to use it with coconut oil but I'm not sure. Also, how often should I be applying it? I read that it might have benefits for my scalp too?
