My friend suffered from chronic constipation and chronic bloating she still suffers lot much of pain i want to cure permanently his ill i don't want temporary solutions without medicine how to gave her life back pls help

Chronic constipation is often linked to imbalances in the Vata dosha, which governs movement and elimination. To work towards a longer-term solution, focus on gradually restoring balance to her constitution. Begin with dietary modifications. Encourage her to incorporate warm, cooked, and lightly spiced meals in her daily diets. Things like oatmeal, cooked vegetables like carrots, beets, and sweet potatoes, and warm herbal teas can be soothing to the digestive tract.

She should prefer meals that stimulate digestion like ginger and cumin, which can enhance Agni, the digestive fire. Avoid cold, raw foods, especially in cold weather, as they can further aggravate Vata.

Hydration is also crucial. Drinking warm water throughout the day, especially first thing in the morning, can help in maintaining movement in the digestive system. Avoid caffeine or carbonated drinks, as they might provoke Vata again.

For lifestyle, routines are key. Regular sleeping patterns, ideally rising before sunrise and keeping meals consistent, can have a profound effect on regulating bodily processes. Proper daily exercise, such as gentle yoga postures that particularly focus on the abdomen, such as Pawanmuktasana (Wind-Relieving Pose), can promote regular bowel movements.

Beyond these, the regular application of warm oil massages, known as Abhyanga, can pacify Vata too. Using sesame oil can be particularly grounding.

If you find these aren’t sufficient, considering an Ayurvedic practitioner for a more personalized approach might help. They can provide specially tailored treatments, such as Basti (medicated enemas), which helps to cleanse and lubricate the colon, removing the constipating factors.
