I am really struggling with knowin which is best shilajit for me. Just last month, I started feeling super drained, not only physically but mentally too. I thought it was just stress from work, but then I came across shilajit while browsing online. The more I read, the more I thought, maybe this could help with my energy levels. But honestly, I’m lost on which is best shilajit. I mean, there are so many brands and types, how is one suppose to find the right one?? I tried a couple organic ones that claim to be the best, but honestly, I didn’t notice a diffrence. My friend swears by this one brand that’s like super expensive and claims to have the purest shilajit, but is it really worth it? I do want something that actually works! Do those super high-quality options really make a difference, or am I just wasting my money? If anyone has tried which is best shilajit and can share experiences, that would be really helpful!
