I am really confused about my stomach issues. For the past week, I've been dealing with some really intense bloating and indigestion after every meal, it’s just driving me nuts! I heard about this herbal remedy called pudin hara from a friend who swears by it. But honestly, I don’t really get how pudin hara works. Like, what is it exactly?
