I am having itching on my whole body and it happens mostly in night and rashes occurs and lips bumps out and than i take allergy medicines and it vanishes in 2-3 hours Than till 2-3 days nothing happens than again it happens

Avoid (Apathya): Spicy, oily, fermented, or fried foods

Incompatible food combinations (e.g., milk with salty foods, fruits with milk)

Curd at night, seafood with milk

Late-night sleep, overexertion, and emotional stress. If swelling extends to the throat or you experience difficulty breathing, seek emergency care immediately.

To identify underlying triggers, tests like Total IgE, CBC with eosinophil count, and Liver Function Tests may be helpful.

If symptoms become frequent or chronic, Shodhana therapies such as Virechana (therapeutic purgation) or Raktamokshana (bloodletting) may be considered for deeper detoxification.
