I’ve Rheumatoid arthritis positive.. because of this I’m getting miscarriage everytime.. my age is 43. Is it possible to cure and have healthy pregnancy?My last pregnancy was in feb 2025 7weeks no heartbeat for baby.

In terms of herbal support, herbs like Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), known for its anti-inflammatory properties and rejuvenating effects, may aid in managing symptoms and supporting overall vitality and reproductive health. Boswellia (Salai guggul) has also been traditionally used for joint health.
