hello Aditya lekurwale, Aap sirf 22 ke ho kar bhi jo symptoms aap bata rahe ho jaise raat ko bloating, subah gas, chest burn, lagataar dakare ye sab milkar Amlapitta aur Adho Vata Urdhwa Gami (lower gas going upward) ke lakshan hain. Iska mool karan Mandagni (kamzor pachan), Vata–Pitta prakopa, aur anavashyak chinta, galat khana-peena ka pattern hai. Ye sthiti agar abhi se control na ki gayi to chronic acidity aur IBS jaisi problems mein badal sakti hai.

Internal Medicines (kam se kam 6 weeks ke liye): Sootshekhar Ras – 1 tablet subah aur raat khane se pehle Avipattikar Churna – 1 tsp raat ko sone se pehle gungune paani ke saath Kamdudha Ras (moti yukta) – 1 tablet subah aur shaam khane ke baad Shankh Bhasma – 125 mg + Yashtimadhu Churna – ½ tsp subah aur shaam (ghee + honey ke saath)

Raat ko gas aur bloating hona yah chest burn, in sabhi ka sambandh aapke agni (digestive fire) se hai, jo is samay kafi dhimi chal rahi hai. Ayurved me aam (undigested food) jama hone se gas aur acidity ki samasya hoti hai. Pehli cheez, apne khana sahi se dhyan se chunein. Halka, pachtaas (easily digestible) aahar lein jaise ki khichdi, dal aur sabji ki tarah. Teekha, talwa (fried) aur ghee se bharpoor, is tarah ke aahar se parhez karein.

Din me adrak aur shahad se bana garam paani aacha rahega, jo ki agni ko prabal karta hai aur pitta ko shaant. Iske alawa, pineapple sip kuch shrimp ke sath banake le sakte hain jo bhi vat-pitta ko santulit karta hai. Dinner ko bahut der tak na maakhein, aur try karein ki bhujne se 2-3 ghante pehle le lein.

Tripahala churn raat ko ek chamach gungune paani ke saath lena faydemand hai, kyunki yah apke pacheet ko saaf karne me madadgar hota hai. Subha uthkar neem garam paani, ek chhote taika lein, jo body ki chajvaahat ko saaf karta hai. Using therapies such as Kati Basti (localized oil retention on the lower back) and potent anti-inflammatory herbs like Guggulu and Shallaki, I focus on reducing inflammation, improving joint mobility, and strengthening tissues. My treatments have helped many patients, particularly those seeking non-invasive alternatives, regain mobility and reduce pain through a blend of internal medications and external therapies. I am working in Ayurveda field from some time now, started out as a general physician at Chauhan Ayurveda Hospital in Noida. That place taught me a lot—how to handle different types of patients in OPD, those daily cases like fever, digestion issues, body pain... but also chronic stuff which keeps coming back. After that I moved to Instant Aushadhalya—an online Ayurveda hospital setup. Whole different space. Consultations online ain’t easy at first—no pulse reading, no direct Nadi check—but you learn to ask the right things, look at patient’s tone, habit patterns, timing of symptoms... and yeah it actually works, sometimes even better than in person. Right now I’m working as an Ayurveda consultant at Digvijayam Clinic where I’m focusing more on individualised care. Most ppl come here with stress-related problems, digestion issues, joint pain, that kind of mix. I go by classic diagnosis principles like prakriti analysis, dosha imbalance and all, but also mix in what I learned from modern side—like understanding their lifestyle triggers, screen time, sleep cycles, food gaps n stress patterns. I don’t rush into panchakarma or heavy medicines unless it’s needed... prefer starting with simple herbs, diet change, basic daily routine correction. If things demand, then I go stepwise into Shodhan therapies. My goal is to not just “treat” but to help ppl know what’s happening in their body and why its reacting like that. That awareness kinda becomes half the cure already. Not everything is perfect. Sometimes ppl don’t follow what you say, sometimes results are slow, and yeah that gets to you. But this path feels honest. It’s slow, grounded, and meaningful.
