I am really at my wits end trying to deal with this ongoing issue I have. For the past few months, I’ve been struggling with some serious fatigue and muscle weakness that just won’t go away. I started looking into herbal remedies and came across Rajah Ayurveda Bala Thailam and it looks promising, but I have no idea if it’s what I really need. Like, I’ve tried other things - magnesium supplements and some vitamins - but nothing seems to do the trick. Friends keep mentioning that I should give this Bala Thailam a go, they say it’s great for boosting energy but I’m cautiously optimistic, you know? I also have this weird joint pain that flares up sometimes, especially after sitting at my desk all day. I don’t want to mix stuff up and make it worse, should I use Rajah Ayurveda Bala Thailam for that too? I read it can help with muscle recovery, but I’m worried about possible side effects. Should I put it on the affected areas or take it internally? Is it safe if I already take other herbal stuff?
