I am really confused right now and hoping to get some advice. A couple months ago, I felt super fatigued all the time, like no matter how much I slept, I just couldn’t shake this weird tiredness. I also started noticing my skin was getting dry and kinda itchy, which I never had before. Then, I spoke to a friend who mentioned Malabar Ayaskrithi, saying it might help balance my doshas or something like that.
