I am really confused and honestly kinda worried about somthing that’s been going on with me. A friend mentioned SDM Samvardhana Ghritha after I told them about my digestion issues. Basically, I’ve been having some pretty intense bloating and gas, and at the same time, my energy levels have been really low. Feels like I can’t get through the day without feeling super tired! 🙁 I recently had some tests done, and the doctor cleared me of anything serious but suggested possibly looking into my diet. I normally eat fairly healthy, but I think stress might be affecting me more than I realize. I read a bit about SDM Samvardhana Ghritha online, and it sounds intriguing. Is it really meant to help with digestion and energy? I’m not sure how to take it or if it’s safe for me. Like, do I mix it with something or take it straight? How often is it usually taken? I feel like the bloating just makes everything worse, and I’m at that point where I’ll try anything that might help. Anyone here had success with SDM Samvardhana Ghritha for similar issues? Pls let me know! I’m just hoping to feel like myself again, this is really draining 😩.
